Guide and support for healing, changing, or improving any aspect of your health and life; on a physical, emotional, mental, or energetic level. A completely personalized and holistic treatment, interacting at the necessary levels, supported by the tools I have practiced over the years. Holistic kinesiology, craniosacral therapy, various types of massages, 5 Elements TAO, NLP.
This way of working allows a change you seek at a certain level (for example, physical) to often be accompanied by changes at other levels (for example, mental and emotional). We are holistic beings; an issue at the physical level affects us mentally and emotionally. Conversely, an emotional issue affects us physically. This is why holistic work provides much better, faster results and generates lasting change.
Working at the level of the physical body is a fundamental aspect of our being. I offer a service that can range from exclusively a massage (which will always have healing effects on multiple levels) to somatic work.
We are holistic beings; an issue at the physical level affects us mentally and emotionally. Conversely, an emotional problem affects us in the body.
Somatic work is an approach that involves working with sensations, movements, and the physical body to address and process emotional or psychological issues or blockages. Somatic work can include various modalities such as somatic experiencing, body-oriented psychotherapy, and other techniques that recognize the intricate relationship between bodily sensations and emotional well-being.
Our history is recorded in our body. We reflect who we are, and we have evolved as individuals also through our body and movements. Traumas are also stored in the body, and often working on the body produces the most efficient results.
There are many ways to work with the body. Examples include recreating an associated movement, touching or massaging a specific area, the act of being present with hands holding a physical place, which in turn tells a personal story, touching emotional points from Chinese medicine, a supportive hug, and many more.
Being a mirror is not something passive; quite the opposite, it is about creating the space where the process becomes possible.
It is about actively seeking and finding the doors that can be opened, and inviting the person to open them and walk together through what lies beyond.
I can perceive these doors through an external gaze with a therapeutic eye, through the language of the body, and also by asking the right questions.
